Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter or win.
   
• Only one winner per household per contest unless otherwise stated.
   
• Employees of 101.9 The Lake, Red River Radio Group, and their immediate families are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

• Entry methods may vary by giveaway (on-air, online, social media, or in-person).

3. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be contacted by phone, email, or social media depending on the entry method.
   
• Winners have 48 hours from the first attempted contact to respond and claim their prize.
   
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize is forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at the station’s discretion.

4. Prize Requirements

• Winners must meet all eligibility requirements, including age verification (18+).

5. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
   
• The station is not responsible for lost, damaged, or unclaimed prizes.
   

6. General Terms

• By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of station management, which are final.
   
• Winners grant permission for their name, likeness,, voice, and photographs to be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
   
• 101.9 The Lake reserves the right to modify or cancel a contest at any time for any reason.
